Printable flex film
A well-known transfer material is the flex foil. As a rule, this film consists of PU (polyurethane) and has a ” rubbery ” effect. Flex foils are available in a wide variety of colors, but also as a printable version. We have three different printable flex foils:
PoliFlex 4030
This white flex film is suitable for both light and dark textiles. It is also certified according to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and can be washed with color and mild detergents up to 80 ° C.
PoliFlex 4010 blackout
This white flex film is also suitable for light and dark textiles. It also has a blackout coating as an intermediate layer. This prevents the color of the textiles from showing through. This Blockout-Flex can only be washed up to 40 ° C with color and mild detergents.
PoliFlex 4625
This flex film is transparent and therefore only suitable for white textiles. In contrast to the other transfer materials, the motif is printed in mirror image on this film and then applied to a textile with the print side. Color and mild detergents are washable up to 60 ° C.
The advantage of this transparent material: It is very thin and therefore looks like a direct print on a textile.
Printable flock film
In addition to the flex films, there are also flock films. These usually consist of viscose fibers (semi-synthetic man-made fibers, similar in composition to cotton) and feel velvety.
SolventFlock 5905
This flock film is suitable for light and dark textiles. It can be washed with color and mild detergents up to 40 ° C. Despite the velvety surface, the colors appear relatively brilliant and luminous.
