Founded in 2006, MediaGlobal is a nonprofit 501©3 media company, based in the United Nations Secretariat in New York, in the vanguard of disseminating information globally on poverty and economic development, hunger and food security, disease and global health, and, environment and earth changes. With our Young Writers Initiative in the United Nations, we train writers in America and young journalists from developing countries in focusing on writing on development issues.
MediaGlobal is independent in its reporting. Its role has been largely to raise the profile of least developed countries and create the setting for a development diplomacy dialog between the developed and developing countries.
